Breasts. Bosom. Bustline. “The Girls.” Whatever their nickname, breasts — particularly those that are full and firm — suddenly seem to be at the center of a national obsession. Over a quarter of a million women undergo breast augmentation surgery each year, and the trend shows no signs of abating.
If you are on a quest for larger breasts, you should know that surgical augmentation — although definitely the most effective way to achieve larger breasts — is not without its down side. It can be expensive and uncomfortable, and — as with any procedure involving anesthesia — carries some risk.
If you are on a quest for larger breasts but are unwilling to go under the knife for them, you may want to try alternative methods of enlargement, such as massage with a firming cream.
Breast Massage Facts and Features
Although less than 10 percent of women seeking larger breasts consider this method — and the number of women who have achieved successful enlargement is quite low — this could be due to improper technique, as well as insufficient length of treatment.
Breast massage is not a quick fix or overnight solution for small or sagging breasts; it may take some time to see the effects. However, regular, properly-performed massage with a firming cream may produce significant and visible results. The technique takes only a few minutes to do, and is non-invasive, safe, easy, and cost-effective.
Breast Massage Techniques
Before you begin, liberally apply a good firming cream or gel, such as Brestrogen. This makes it easier to glide your fingers over the breast and manipulate the tissue.
- Start by placing your three middle fingers in the center of your breast. You may find it easier to use your left hand for your right breast, and vice versa. Carefully push downwards, starting from right below the nipple, and proceed slowly down the breast, gently massaging as you go. Be careful not to cause discomfort by applying too much pressure.
- Cup one breast with both hands, and knead all around the circumference of your breasts with both fingers. Then move inward, pressing and kneading lightly, in a circular motion towards the nipple. To avoid discomfort, use a gentle touch. Perform the massage for at least 3 minutes, and then repeat on the other breast.
- Cup one breast with both hands, and gently attempt to rotate it clockwise — your goal is to slightly twirl the breast, but not so harshly as to cause discomfort. Perform the technique 10 times, working very gingerly, then twirl your breast in a counter-clockwise direction. Repeat the twirling motion on the other breast.
- Begin with your hands spread flat at the tops of your breasts, then slide them slowly downwards. You will have to spread your fingers to avoid contacting — and dragging down — the nipples and areola; your goal is to massage the rounded tissue of the breasts. Avoid the circle surrounding your nipple, as well as the nipple itself. Repeat at least 10 times.
By making this soothing breast massage part of your beauty regimen and performing it regularly, you may be able to enhance the fullness and firmness of your breasts.
For even more marked results, remember to apply a natural gel for improving the shape and size of your breasts, before your massage. Brestrogen or Triactol may be a good choice. You could be rewarded with tauter, more youthful-looking breasts that are firm, full and luscious.
